About the Role

Telebest is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization’s human resources functions. With 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, you possess the necessary expertise to provide strategic guidance on employment law, policy development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee records and data
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Provide training and support to employees on company policies and procedures
Conduct investigations and resolve grievances
Collaborate with management to develop and implement succession planning strategies
Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements

Degree or National Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations/Industrial Psychology or related field
