Salary: R15 000 p.m

Our client is looking for a balance and mature Senior Stock Controller who is energetic and self-motivated. Some with the ability to work under pressure and put in extra efforts to meet tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Weekly feedback to management regarding outstanding queries or issues
• Check and GRV new stock
• Ensure all stock is merchandised on sales floor and pricing kept up to date
• Check all IBT’s & update stock file
• Sending Invoices to finance weekly
• Supervise Stock Room staff to ensure all duties are carried out
• Quarterly Stock Takes
• Stock control, including stock management and deliveries
• Managing of the Stock Room according to the systems, policies and procedures
• Picking of stock, checking all stock that leaves the Stock Room
• Ensure that the Stock Room is organized in the agreed method and that the stock flow is managed in an effective way
• Monthly Reports as requested by Branch Manager
• Stock Takes and Hazard Counts as per the agreed procedures
• Maintenance all equipment used in the Stock Room
• Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received
• Maintains safe work environment according to company and labour procedures
