About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to join our client’s team in Alberta, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons aligned with provincial curriculum standards, as well as supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with provincial curriculum standards
  • Develop engaging teaching materials and classroom activities
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic performance
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
  • Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Valid teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain certification in a Canadian province)
  • Previous teaching experience (preferred, depending on role)
