Job Description

About the Role

Our client in the international and luxurious travel business has a vacancy for a pro-active, highly intelligent and motivated Travel Executive to contribute to the excellence and reputation of the company. This position would be suitable for someone who is a business-minded individual who want to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations of the travel department
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Manage travel itineraries and bookings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements

  • 25 – 35 years of age
  • Previous or related experience not required
  • Bilingual – Excellent command of Afrikaans and English, written and verbal
  • BA or BCom degree
  • At least a 4-Year degree (preferably related field of study like Bcom but not necessary)
  • Completed matric with a minimum of 4 distinctions (HG Maths a must)
  • First time passes in all subjects a must
  • Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a key factor
  • Strong mathematical reasoning, writing and verbal communication skills – candidate must be very well-spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills and awareness
  • Listening and problem-solving skills; analytical but also personable; Attention to detail
