About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Supervise and train staff, with a focus on safety and quality control
- Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring cost-effectiveness and productivity
- Monitor and control costs, maintaining accurate financial records
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Matric Workshop Management qualification or related management certification
- Trade qualification (Millwright / Electrical) preferred or willingness to complete an ARPL process
- Minimum of 810 years experience in workshop operations
- At least 3 years in a Foreman or Senior Management role
- Proven experience in financial and budget management, including cost control
