Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient daily operations
Manage raw materials, finished goods, and consignment stock
Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain optimal inventory levels
Optimise warehouse layout, stock flow, and storage systems
Implement and maintain 5S and GMP standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce warehousing costs
Ensure OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery performance
Collaborate closely with production and distribution teams
Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and implement corrective actions
Manage shift work in a unionised environment

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in warehousing / stock control
At least 2 years experience in a warehouse management role
Strong ERP systems experience (Syspro advantageous)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and advanced functions)
Experience with import and export containerised loading and destuffing
GMP / food safety warehousing experience (advantage)
Proven leadership and people management skills
