Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Springbok, Northern Cape

Job Overview:
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their client’s team in Springbok, Northern Cape. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and have exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of project management success.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, engineering, and construction.
Client interaction on projects as well as business development.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all members are working towards common project goals.
Management of contracts on building and engineering projects.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the consulting engineering industry (at least 8 years)
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with clients and managing client relationships.
PrCPM registration is necessary
