About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Syspro Analyst to provide support across multiple business units, optimise ERP processes, and drive continuous improvement within the Syspro environment. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective ERP solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line Syspro support across the business
• Analyse, optimise, and improve Syspro ERP processes and workflows
• Manage and follow up on support tickets with the Syspro service provider
• Assist with financial audit reporting requirements
• Administer and maintain Syspro user accounts, access controls, and security settings
• Monitor and maintain system transactions and integrations
• Support Day-End, Month-End, and Year-End Syspro processing
• Investigate and resolve Syspro data errors and system issues
• Participate in ERP-related projects and system implementations
• Identify training needs and facilitate user training sessions

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Syspro Certification (Essential)
• BCom or BSc IT Degree (Essential)
