About the Role
The Centurion: HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving informed decision-making within our organisation by providing actionable workforce insights through data analysis and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse attendance, absenteeism and workforce productivity data.
- Develop reports, dashboards and HR metrics for management.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data and databases.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR data analysis, reporting and data visualisation.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of labour legislation and compliance reporting.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, relevant tertiary education is preferred.
