Responsibilities: Liability Reviews & recovery strategy optimisation. Draft legal documents, including statements, letters of demand, and evidence. Assist with case preparation and maintain accurate case files Efficient action of instructions from solicitors and principals to provide comprehensive support Efficient prioritization of tasks and work load.
