A leading South African FMCG business, specialising in the development, marketing, distribution, and growth of snack, confectionery, grocery, beverage, and convenience meal brands across Southern Africa, is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and national distribution activities from its Epping facility in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hands-on and highly organised logistics professional with strong FMCG supply chain experience and a proven ability to manage warehousing, dispatch, fleet coordination, stock control, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations Ensure timely and accurate distribution of products to customers, retailers, and distribution partners across South Africa Coordinate and manage transport providers, delivery schedules, and logistics planning Monitor warehouse performance, operational KPIs, and service levels Implement and improve warehouse processes, systems, and operational efficiencies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, warehouse standards, and company procedures Lead, manage, and motivate warehouse, dispatch, and logistics staff Work closely with sales, supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth operational flow Manage warehouse space utilisation and inventory movement effectively Oversee returns, damages, and stock investigations Ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of warehouse management systems and logistics records Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
