About the Role
As a Retail Store Manager at Staff Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our Paarl store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff tasks, and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective product demonstrations and by overseeing daily staff operations.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor employee tasks to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the store.
- Maintain accurate bank balances and perform daily cash-up procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Professionally address and resolve customer queries and concerns, both in-store and telephonically.
- Promote effective collaboration and communication with various departments across the group.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ retail management experience will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experience with Sage Evolution will be advantageous.
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail environment (required).
