About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior PA/Executive Assistant to join our team. As the right-hand person to senior management, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary, admin and email support for senior management
- Coordinating travel arrangements, events and year-end functions
- Processing ad-hoc payments, petty cash and fuel summaries
- Handling insurance claims, rebates and follow-ups
- Preparing paperwork, forms, documents and reports
- Working through bulk Excel files for management reporting
- Assisting with IT, office support and general problem-solving
- Supporting the CEO and family with personal admin where required
Requirements
- Matric
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a PA/Executive Assistant role
- Strong Excel and administration skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Able to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional, flexible and reliable
- Willing to assist across departments when needed
- Drivers License
