About the Role

To drive sales growth by securing new business, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service within the food services and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Promote and sell products/services to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Previous sales experience advantageous (preferably in food services/hospitality)
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle essential
  • Willingness to travel within the region
