About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our team in Tzaneen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing workshop operations and vehicle sales performance, as well as financial management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Oversee vehicle sales performance to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss (PBT) management strategies
- Provide leadership and guidance to dealership staff
- Maintain a valid driver’s licence
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, or related field
- 3 years experience as a Dealer Principal / General Manager within a franchised commercial vehicle dealership
- Proven experience managing workshop operations and vehicle sales performance
- Previous financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and PBT management
