About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Foreman to join our team for a 5-month contract in Vaalwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations (Building Construction / Upmarket Lodge)
• Supervise construction teams and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications
• Report progress to project management

Requirements

±10 years experience in general building/construction

Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines

Knowledge of health & safety regulations

Valid drivers license
