Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric or relevant NQF 4 qualification Drivers License (Code 8) and own reliable transport A minimum of 2 years of sales experience Strong skills in communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, selling, negotiation, planning, and organization Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Previous experience in the Oil and Lubricants industry is advantageous Key Responsibilities: Managing sales targets and driving sales Conduct repeat visits to customers, communicate directly with customers regarding pricing, products, promotions, stock issues, and other relevant information Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and preparing reports Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the companys customer base Monitoring and reporting on the strategy on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Proactively manage and influence relationships to ensure growth for all stakeholders, including customers, peers, and colleagues Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to give effective presentations and guidance to customers Identifying and developing promotion and advertising opportunities in your sales area Consultant: Joelene Koekemoer – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
