About the Role
As a Sales Executive at MMU Group, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and enhancing the value of our company products. You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning, identifying new markets, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the brand to enhance product value
- Participate in events and open days for brand visibility
- Identify new prospects, markets, and growth areas
- Expand sales channels to maximize business opportunities
- Provide market feedback on products
- Understand customer needs and devise plans to meet them
- Set strategic thinking sales plans to meet objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Management on promotional strategies
- Coordinate activities with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics departments
- Negotiate and close deals for business growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data
- Attend industry-specific events to build networks and relationships
Requirements
- Strong sales skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (if applicable)
