Trails / Apprentice Trails Guide:
– Valid Driver’s License and PDP essential
– Apprentice Trails Guide qualification essential
– ARH completion essential
– Valid First Aid certification
– Previous guiding experience within a Big 5 environment
– Strong guest interaction and hosting skills
– Genuine passion for wildlife and conservation
Reservation / Front of House Host:
– Previous hospitality, reservations, front office, or hosting experience advantageous
– Strong guest relations and hosting skills essential
– Computer literacy and strong email communication skills
– Strong organisational and administrative skills
– Knowledge of reservation systems beneficial
– Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trails Guide:
– Conduct guided safari activities professionally and safely
– Deliver memorable guest experiences and interpretive guiding
– Ensure guest safety during all activities
– Maintain guiding equipment and vehicles
– Assist with reserve and camp duties when required
Reservation / Front of House Host:
– Manage reservations and booking enquiries
– Welcome and host guests professionally
– Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
– Respond to guest enquiries, emails, and telephone calls
– Maintain reservation records and daily reports
– Coordinate with housekeeping and operational departments

PACKAGE:
– Combined earning potential: R22,000 – R25,000 per couple (DOE)
– Live-in accommodation provided
– Start Date: ASAP
