This is not your average retail role. Think curated luxury collections, beautiful art pieces, designer products, and international guests seeking an unforgettable shopping experience in one of Africas most breathtaking wilderness destinations. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for luxury retail, a strong eye for detail, and a genuine passion for people, presentation, and personalised service. Someone who thrives in a polished environment, loves engaging with guests, and understands how to create memorable experiences through exceptional service and storytelling. What the role involves: Delivering world-class guest service and personalised shopping experiences Driving boutique sales and identifying revenue opportunities Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards Assisting with stock control and inventory management Confidently showcasing luxury products, art, and design pieces Working closely with lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Promoting the lodges conservation ethos through positive guest interaction ?
