Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Manage the full finance function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and working capital.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support property portfolio financial management.

 
Qualifications & Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
• Professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial management, ideally in the property or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and property accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
