Job Summary
? Your Purpose in the Aisle:
To ensure financial reliability, manage the reporting for global subsidiaries, and take the reins on financial projects that matter. You’ll also play a crucial role in supporting the execs with insightful analysis and strategic advice, helping business stay compliant, competitive, and cash-positive.
? What’s in Your Financial Basket:
- Strategic contribution, bring your A-game to high-level decisions
- Team management, lead and mentor like a pro
- Management accounts and statutory reporting, keep things buttoned up
- Treasury & cash flow, foreign exposure is key (multiple currencies = multiple wins)
- Stock, cost of sales, gross profit, make sense of the margins
- Compliance, policy & procedures, keep business on the straight and narrow
- Tax management, local and international (because tax never takes a holiday)
? What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified CA(SA) essential
- 5+ years post-article experience
- Solid experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, FMCG, or import / export
- Must have strong foreign exposure. If you’ve navigated multiple currencies and jurisdictions, you’re their kind of number ninja
- Detail-oriented with a big-picture brain
- Comfortable juggling operational finance, reporting, and projects all at once
