As the Group Accountant, you’ll sit at the centre of group finance — preparing consolidated accounts, managing intercompany reconciliations, ensuring IFRS compliance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting.
You’ll work closely with subsidiary teams and senior leaders, providing financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. It’s the ideal opportunity to add value in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment while broadening your group reporting expertise.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and maintain the group consolidation pack.
• Coordinate and support annual statutory audits and ensure IFRS compliance in financial statements.
• Manage VAT submissions for multiple entities and support corporate tax processes.
• Consolidate group budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and maintain robust internal controls across group entities.

 
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified CA(SA professional qualification.
• 0-2 years post article experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; strong understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting.
