About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the IT function and drive business growth through effective technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, long-term planning, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the IT function, managing day-to-day operations and long-term planning
- Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software
- Proactively identify IT gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Ensure that system security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users as required
- Manage IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, and documentation
- Support business growth by recommending and implementing new technologies
- Operate independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, ideally within a high-tech or technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT operations independently
- Experience identifying IT risks, solving problems proactively, and implementing solutions
- Strong understanding of general IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and security principles
