About the Role
We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations and ensure all targets are met
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, stock levels, and marketing activities
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a New Vehicle Sales Manager capacity within the Automotive Industry
- Brand experience: BMW | VW | Audi | Toyota | Ford
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding Sales targets
- Strong working knowledge of Automotive Sales performance, Stock levels and Marketing activities
- Valid Driver’s License required

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R 30 000 to R 45 000 based on experience
