• Assist with the design and analysis of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and masonry structures
• Produce structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
• Support senior engineers with project coordination and delivery
• Attend site inspections and gain hands-on construction experience
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure work aligns with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in structural engineering or consulting
• Ability to understand Afrikaans (spoken and written)
• Exposure to structural design and analysis software
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative

Qualification:

• BEng / BSc in Structural Engineering

• Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with a collaborative working style.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree (MEng/MSc) or PhD in Structural Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering essential.
