About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor industry warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully supervising warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Implement and maintain inventory control methodologies to minimize stock discrepancies
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of automotive parts and other products
- Monitor and control warehouse inventory levels to meet business requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in the Motor Industry
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Proficient in Syspro
- Essential MS Office skills
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Inventory control methodologies
- Automotive Parts distribution operations (beneficial)
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
