About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Anchor to join a luxury private game reserve in the Eastern Cape. We are looking for a hands-on, guest-focused hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic lodge environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and host guests throughout their stay

* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication

* Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams to ensure seamless operations

* Assist with reservations, administration, and daily reports

* Support food and beverage service when required

* Handle guest requests and special arrangements with professionalism

* Maintain high standards of presentation and service across all guest areas

Requirements

Previous experience in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment

Strong guest relations and hosting skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Professional presentation and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Positive, hands-on approach and willingness to assist across departments

Valid driver’s licence advantageous

Salary & Benefits
