Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable company in Paarden Eiland to find a skilled Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, your role will be crucial in driving new business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company in the Paarden Eiland area.

With our extensive experience in recruitment and our strong network of clients, Hire Resolve is well-positioned to connect talented professionals with leading companies in Paarden Eiland. We strive to provide exceptional service and opportunities for both our clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Bring in new clients.
  • Target clients such as butcheries and restaurants to store their product on site.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Admin, Marketing, or Sales
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Cold storage experience
  • Proven track record in driving new business growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Residing within Western Cape.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
