About the Role

Our Client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Technical Intern to join our team in the security industry. As a Technical Intern, you will gain practical experience with security technologies, assist in technical projects, and support the maintenance and improvement of security systems. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your technical skills and build a solid foundation for a career in the security industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems, such as video surveillance, access control and alarm systems.
  • Support the testing and validation of security equipment and technologies.
  • Help with the maintenance and optimization of security systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, including system manuals and user guides.
  • Conduct research on emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
  • Provide on-site technical support, including training clients on system operation and providing troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement technical solutions for security projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Electronics, Computer Science, Security Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in the security industry is a plus.
  • Strong interest in security technology and a desire to learn about the latest advancements in the field.
  • Basic understanding of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Knowledge of electronics, networking and basic system integration.
