About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Financial Manager to join a fast-growing group in the retail and distribution of technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, ownership, and leading a capable finance team through exciting operational complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team including AP, payroll, and divisional financial accountants
- Oversee retail debtor accounts and ensure accuracy in reconciliations and accruals
- Consolidate monthly management accounts and prepare VAT returns
- Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit process
- Enhance financial controls, systems, and processes across the board
- Authorize customer refunds and manage complex lease payments and rebates
Requirements
- Newly qualified CA(SA) or BCom (Hons) with completed articles
- Advanced Excel skills – comfortable with analysis and reporting
- Solid grasp of financial operations, deadlines, and team leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
