? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a luxury city-based lodge in Tanzania to recruit a guest centric and dynamic ????? ??????? This position is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the full operations of a luxury lodge. The Lodge Manager will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth day-to-day operations, and the highest standards of service across all departments. This includes managing guest interactions, leading and developing staff, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring strong financial performance. The role requires a hands-on leader with a solid background in luxury hospitality, the ability to manage diverse teams, and a passion for creating memorable and personalized guest stays. The Lodge Manager will also play a central role in coordinating activities, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring that all operational procedures align with the lodges standards. Requirements A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification (essential for obtaining a work permit). Minimum of 3 years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager within a luxury 5-star hotel or lodge. Strong background in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations (essential). Exceptional guest-centric approach with meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising service standards. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, CAPEX, and fixed asset registers. Proven leadership abilities with comprehensive knowledge of lodge operations and experience overseeing all departments. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and property management systems. A committed leader who enjoys training, motivating, and inspiring team members. Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and consistently delivering service that exceeds company standards. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-demand environment.
