Lead a cross‑functional dev squad through 1:1s, performance coaching, sprint flow and delivery alignment Drive roadmap execution with Product & Design to ensure clean, on‑time, high‑quality releases Uphold engineering excellence through code quality, documentation, testing standards and continuous Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years software engineering 12 years leadership/mentorship within an Agile SDLC environment Strong technical decision‑makingable to balance delivery pressure with architectural integrity Confident collaborator who navigates teams, stakeholders and blockers like a calm captain in extra time Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, IS or equivalent deep engineering experience.
