About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient personal assistant to support the Head of Architecture in their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Head of Architecture’s calendar and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Handling correspondence and responding to emails
- Assisting with research and preparing reports as needed
- Managing and maintaining confidential information
- Providing general administrative support to the Head of Architecture and the whole of the Architecture Department
Requirements
- 5 Years proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
