About the Role

Join a High-Performance International Recruitment Team with Clear Progression into a 360 Consultant Role. As a Recruitment Consultant (Delivery), you will play a key role in sourcing and managing high-quality candidates across multiple international markets, working closely with senior leadership to support active client accounts and contribute to successful placements within technical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple international markets
  • Work closely with Directors to support live vacancies and key client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Write and manage job adverts across relevant recruitment platforms
  • Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity
  • Contribute towards team targets through consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Support recruitment activity across technical sectors, including Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, AI, and Machine Learning
  • Communicate with candidates and clients across North American markets

Requirements

  • 24 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
  • Experience recruiting within technical or technology-focused roles would be advantageous
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or North American recruitment markets is beneficial
  • Experience using SourceWhale or similar AI-driven outreach tools is highly desirable
