About the Role
Join our esteemed client, a prestigious family-owned premium lifestyle brand, in their upmarket showroom in George. As the face of luxury living for local clients and interior decorators, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, leading a motivated floor team, and maintaining flawless showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the face of luxury living for local clients and interior decorators
- Lead a motivated floor team to drive sales targets
- Maintain flawless showroom operations
- Coordinate and mentor store team members
- Manage regular stock takes using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle and move heavy, high-quality luxury rugs
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years of luxury retail sales experience (homeware/decor background is a massive plus)
- Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate, mentor, and energize a store team
- Physical Nature: Ability to handle and move heavy, high-quality luxury rugs
- Presence: Immaculate presentation, exceptional communication skills
