About the Role
We are a growing safari accommodation business operating across southern Africa, connecting travellers with exceptional lodge experiences. As we expand our lodge network across Namibia and South Africa, we’re looking for a driven, well-spoken individual to help us build and grow our partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research lodge and accommodation partners across Namibia, South Africa, and the broader region
- Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to introduce the business and explore partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of lodge contacts and track progress using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently and professionally to convert prospects into active partners
- Represent the brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism in all communications
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach messaging and strategy
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter mentality with a hunger to hit targets and grow
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with cold outreach via email and phone, and resilient in the face of rejection
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or safari industry (this is non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in a sales, business development, or client-facing outreach role
- Experience conducting cold outreach via email and phone
- An existing network of lodge, hotel, or hospitality industry contacts is a strong advantage
