About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance standards, and exceptional guest expectations across our exclusive collection of 26 luxury cottages along the West Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless service and maintaining impeccable property standards while balancing the expectations of luxury guests and exacting owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational management of 26 luxury cottages
- Ensure all properties are maintained to exceptional luxury standards
- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Liaise closely with property owners, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Oversee guest readiness, ensuring cottages are flawlessly prepared for arrivals
- Resolve guest or owner concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Manage housekeeping coordination and quality control
- Monitor property condition, reporting, and improvement planning
- Ensure smooth operational flow across seasonal occupancy fluctuations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in luxury property, villa, or hospitality management
- Proven experience managing high-end guest or owner expectations
- Strong operational and maintenance coordination experience
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution driven
- Confident managing both luxury guests and high-net-worth property owners
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Operationally strong with the ability to juggle multiple properties
- A natural problem solver with a “make it happen” attitude
