Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for clients and obtain leads to secure appointments (daily activity)
- Conduct a professional Financial Needs Analysis and make needs-based recommendations to secure a sale
- Meet sales targets as set out by Liberty
- Build relationships with clients to win confidence, credibility, and trust
- Elicit information to maximize the effectiveness of a client’s portfolio
- Provide objectives and professional financial advice on clients’ needs pertaining to investments, insurance, and health
- Portray the appropriate propriety in their target market
- Meet all legislative requirements
Requirements
- Matric
- National Diploma or Degree
- 3 – 5 years working experience
- Sales experience (a plus)
- Own reliable vehicle
- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- People-oriented and target-driven
- Socially well-connected with an established network of potential clients
- Ability to source new prospects
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Impeccable work ethics
- Effective time management skills
