About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to join our team at an upscale lodge in South Africa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient operations, and effective staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Hosting of guests at the lodge
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Stock control and orders in various departments
- Close collaboration with the lodge manager
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal qualification in hospitality management
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a 4/5-star lodge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage staff
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Computer literate with excellent admin skills
- Good eye for detail
- Good work ethic

Salary & Benefits
- R14,000 per month (package details: live-in position, 3 weeks on, 1 week off cycle)
