About the Role
As a Sales Representative in Queenstown, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to prospects to introduce products or services and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Product/Service Presentation: Deliver presentations, demos, or proposals to showcase offerings and explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, guide prospects through the decision-making process, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Account Management: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts, and prepare regular reports for management.
