About the Role
The Administrative Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient workflow and productivity of our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, managing staff, and contributing to the overall success of South Group Recycling.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead administrative staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and clerical personnel.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to administrative team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for training and development.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including record-keeping, document management, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as needed, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Assist in budget planning and management for administrative expenses, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities.
