About the Role

Our client is a small digital marketing consultancy who works with clients across South Africa and globally on paid media, analytics, marketing automation, UX and social media. They are looking for someone meticulous and dependable to work alongside the founders on the operational backbone of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and competitor research
  • Structured web research
  • Summarised cleanly
  • Management and operational support for the founders
  • Calendars
  • Document prep
  • Follow-ups
  • Light project coordination
  • Building and maintaining trackers, schedules and reports in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Gathering, cleaning and organising information from various sources
  • Using AI-assisted workflows with tools like Claude and ChatGPT
  • General admin: the small, important things that keep a business running smoothly

Requirements

Have 15 years of experience in admin, bookkeeping or a related field. Be reliable, organised and self-directed. Be confident in Google Sheets and Excel (formulas, formatting, basic data work). Communicate clearly and considerately, in writing and on the occasional call.
