Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
- Handle guest enquiries and assist with bookings
- Liaise with the restaurant and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a refined, organised, and guest-focused front-of-house presence
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
