About the Role
This role offers broad exposure across cloud administration, security tooling, and virtual infrastructure, while still allowing hands-on involvement with end-user support when needed. You’ll work closely with IT and security teams to manage cloud environments, strengthen security posture, and support core systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments
- Maintain and secure cloud network infrastructure and systems
- Implement, monitor, and maintain security solutions including Mimecast and Microsoft Defender
- Provide support across Windows Server and Linux environments
- Deliver internal IT user support and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and security standards
Requirements
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (AD)
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune and cloud-based administration
- Understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals
- Familiarity with security concepts, monitoring, backups, alerts, and system administration
