About the Role
An exciting 6-month maternity cover opportunity is available for a hands-on Financial Accountant who can step into a fast-paced finance environment and make an immediate impact. This role offers excellent exposure across creditors, cash flow forecasting, VAT, reporting, and operational finance functions within a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review creditors reconciliations and payment runs
- Investigate PPV variances and process invoice adjustments
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and Treasury requests
- Process credit card transactions and foreign payment documentation
- Assist the debtors department where required
- Prepare monthly journals and financial reports
- Compile and submit Hyperion reports
- Prepare VAT returns and assist with ad hoc finance tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and finance procedures
Requirements
Relevant Financial Accounting experience essential. Exposure to operational finance and reporting contract or multinational exposure advantageous.

BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
