About the Role

We are seeking a highly disciplined and analytical Debtors & Office Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years experience in debtors management and office administration. The ideal candidate is assertive, structured, and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Accounts Receivable function
  • Tighten and optimise the collection process
  • Ensure 100% audit-ready reconciliations and accurate debtor reporting
  • Supervise and guide the administration team
  • Improve workflows, enforce accountability and maintain high performance standards
  • Support operational efficiency through structured processes and proactive problem solving

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Debtors / Accounts Receivable
  • Proven experience in Office Supervision / Admin Team Leadership
  • FMCG and/or Wholesale sector experience advantageous
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint at expert level)
