About the Role

A Fixed-Term Contract opportunity is available for a QA Specialist in Durban, supporting a Quality Assurance team within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with SAP quality-related tasks including incidents, changes, customer complaints, and document reviews
  • Conduct risk assessments relating to material and supplier changes
  • Support investigations and compile reports for complaints and adverse drug reactions
  • Review and approve quality documents
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO13485, and internal quality standards
  • Maintain accurate QA records and administration

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Quality Assurance environment
  • Experience working with electronic Quality Management Systems
