About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to join our team in Boksburg, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations and coordinating teams to ensure seamless property management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of properties
- Coordinate teams to achieve operational goals
- Apply quality standards in all aspects of property management
- Manage service level agreements with vendors and service providers
- Administer lease agreements and conditions
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports
- Control budgets and costs
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- 5 years experience in Facilities or Operations Management
- Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or construction disciplines
- Proven experience managing daily operations and coordinating teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business systems such as SAP
