About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mine Manager to lead our Capital Equipment Sales team in Kempton Park, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering value to our clients in the mining and minerals processing industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of capital equipment sales, focusing on crushing, comminution, process, and sensor sorting/jigs/upcurrent classifiers and magnetic separation systems
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including mining companies and equipment suppliers
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and replacements
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support and solutions to clients
  • Manage a team of sales engineers and technicians to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer/Process/Metallurgy or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in capital sales in mining/minerals processing industries
  • 8 years of experience in engineering sales, with a focus on mining/process/crushing equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of comminution equipment (jaw, gyratory, cone, impact and roller crushers) and process equipment
  • Working knowledge of sensor sorting/jigs/upcurrent classifiers and magnetic separation systems
