About the Role
We are searching for ambitious and disciplined Commis Chefs to join the flagship culinary team for the UAE’s first-ever integrated casino resort in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to be part of a landmark opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, uniform, and kitchen discipline
- Embody professionalism required for a 5-star luxury resort
- Develop under the guidance of senior chefs
- Work seamlessly with fellow chefs and support the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie
- Remain focused and professional during peak service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a 5-star luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or international resort
- Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen organization
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
